Snowflake Window Clings

Let it snow,  Let it snow, Let it snow!

Well, the Christmas decorations have all been taken down and the confetti swept away from New Year’s, and things were looking a little bare around here.  So, I kept up my twinkling snowflake lights and the kids and I made these snowflake window clings to add some wintery fun.

Materials

  • Ziplock bags
  • Three Dimensional Paint-we used Tulip Glitter in ‘Diamond’
  • Snowflake templates

Directions

  1. Print snowflake template or make your own.
  2. Cut it out and place in Ziplock bag.
  3. Trace the lines with the tube of paint.
  4. Let dry over night, or about 6 hours.
  5. Peel off the snowflake and attach to the window.

This would also be a great craft and decoration for a Winter Wonderland Party……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………………….

Hi! I love these window clings and did them the other day with my kids. I used the same glue as you, but I can’t get them to cling to the window. Not sure what I did wrong, any ideas?
    Thanks

Try cleaning the window with Windex, or any brand of window cleaner. I’ve left my snowflake clings up along with my snowflake lights in hopes we get some snow in Oregon!
