THINK PINK!
Saturday, September 17th, is the 2011 Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure here in Portland. If you are participating or would like to honor some friends who might be, why not have everyone over for a pink theme party!
Here are some ideas for putting together a fabulous pink soiree!
- First, start by checking out evite.com to send your friends a pretty pink invitation. Be sure to ask everyone to come dressed in the color of the day!
- Next, decorate your party area with bouquets of pink flowers, pink polka dotted balloons
, and pretty pink tableware

Serve up some pink themed goodies, such as strawberries dipped in white chocolate and pink sprinkles, pink frosted cupcakes, cheesecake with raspberries on top, and of course a variety of pink candies.- To drink, you might offer some pink lemonade, pink punch, or pink champagne!
- Make everyone feel extra special by handing out hot pink feather boas
